@eharty94: 1 hour of treadmill. 13 incline 3.5 mph. Went 3.55 miles but burned 540 calories! I then took a CORE class with @lisalovesfitness man did she kick my butt! She’s unstoppable! And amazing 😊😘 love you!!! I woke up today and BAM!! My side definition is AWESOME! I’m so happy!!!! My lower abs could be better… But the upper I’m proud of! 👌👌 WHAT DO YOU THINK? Any favorite abdominal workouts you do?

This morning I did a light workout with clients. But things got Real when I got home and did a Workout in my Living room. Turned on some Justin Timberlake - Let the groove get in🎶 Arms: 5X20 Tricep curls with Resistance Bands, 3X15 Bench Dip. Core: 5X25 Vertical Crunch, 3X30 Double Crunch, Legs: 5X30 Quad Lifts, 3X60 Calf Raises, Cardio: Run in place for 1min 5X, 3X50 Jump Rope,  Glutes: (Butt) 4X35 Squats, 4X20 Hydrates Rt &amp; Lf leg. Btw my ASSS is on Fyiahhh🔥🔥 PLEASE Google or YouTube the Workout for demonstration if you do not know what it is. If I Can do it You Can Do it too. Sweatpants were purchased at H&amp;M 👍
